Q: What is the minimum guest count?
A: The minimum guest count is 40 adults.
Q: How many people can La Notte accommodate?
A: Our Valencia Room holds 200 people, while our Siana Room can accommodate 120 people. Our new outdoor tent can hold over 250 people.
Q. What is the deposit required to book my date?
A: In order to book your date, we require a deposit of $250.00
Q. How do I get more information on having an event at La Notte?
A: Call 860.627.7774 to make an appointment to meet with our Banquet Coordinator. Office hours are 11am to 5pm Tuesday through Saturday. Please let our Coordinator know if you need to schedule an appointment later than 5pm and we will be happy to make arrangements.
Q: Is there a room rental fee?
A: No, we do not have a banquet room rental fee. Price is based on package chosen, sales tax and gratuity. *Only tent receptions will require an additional fee. Ask our Banquet Coordinator about our rates for our new tent (available May through October only).
Q: How much time do I have for my event?
A: Rental usage hours are based on package chosen and time of day. Luncheons are three (3) hour functions while evening events are four (4) hour functions. You may add additional hours to your package for a fee per hour.
Q: What is your payment and cancellation policy?
A: Your date will not be held until a deposit is made. Cancellations after two weeks of deposit will forfeit deposit. The final payment must be paid at the start time of your event.
Q: When is my final guest count due?
A: Your final guest count is due one week prior to your event.
Q: What if we want to change or add something on the menu?
A: You may speak with our Banquet Coordinator to discuss your changes or additions.
Q: Is there a different price for children?
A: There is no charge for children four and under. Children 5 to 11 are half price.
Q: Can I bring my own alcohol?
A: No, we hold a liquor license.
Q: Are we allowed to have a DJ?
A: Yes. Please ask us for recommendations.
